Report on the AMACEE 2025
5th International Symposium on Advanced Measurement, Analysis, and Control for Energy and Environment (AMACEE) – Brno, August 26–28, 2025
We are pleased to share that the 5th International Symposium on Advanced Measurement, Analysis, and Control for Energy and Environment (AMACEE) was successfully held in Brno, Czech Republic, from August 26th to 28th, 2025. We were proud to serve as hosts for this event.
AMACEE brings together professionals in analytical chemistry and related analytical techniques, offering a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing. This year’s symposium featured distinguished speakers from Japan, China, and other leading research centers worldwide, continuing the strong tradition of the conference in Asia.
The symposium highlighted the latest advances in analytical techniques, with a focus on spectroscopic methods. Topics included applications in energy, fundamental studies, chemometrics, imaging, and environmental analysis. Special sessions covered regional innovations in Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) from Japan and China, as well as industrial and space applications, reflecting the broad relevance of analytical techniques across sectors.
Students had the opportunity to present their research, and a poster session encouraged in-depth discussion and networking among participants.
Beyond the scientific sessions, a social program allowed attendees to explore the historic city of Brno and connect with colleagues from around the world.
